b3stvisa Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules and Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing b3stvisa — whether through a browser on your phone, tablet, or desktop — you enter into a binding agreement with b3stvisa under these Terms. This agreement takes effect from the moment you register an account or, if earlier, from the moment you first access the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of b3stvisa, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform, and anyone who interacts with any feature of the site. Using b3stvisa in any capacity means you accept these Terms. If you are using b3stvisa on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

b3stvisa reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. If you are unable or unwilling to verify your identity when requested, b3stvisa may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Only one account is permitted per person. If b3stvisa identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and all balances forfeited. This includes accounts registered under different names or mobile numbers that b3stvisa determines belong to the same person based on device fingerprinting, IP address, payment method, or other signals.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b3stvisa login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. b3stvisa will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or support chat.

All activity that occurs on your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact b3stvisa support immediately at [email protected].

You must keep your registered mobile number and payment details up to date. b3stvisa is not responsible for failed withdrawals caused by outdated or incorrect payment information provided by the account holder.

4. Deposits and Payments

b3stvisa accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though b3stvisa reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion.

Deposits are credited to your b3stvisa account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not reflect within five minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and the amount sent. Do not send a second deposit before the first is resolved.

All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. b3stvisa does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a mobile number that does not match your registered account details, b3stvisa may hold the funds pending verification and return them to the source wallet.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — the same wallet used for your most recent deposit where possible. b3stvisa does not charge withdrawal fees.

Most withdrawals are processed within five minutes of the request being submitted. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or accounts flagged for routine review, processing may take up to 24 hours. b3stvisa will notify you if your withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.

Withdrawals will only be processed once any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion of your balance being forfeited. Real-money deposits are always withdrawable regardless of bonus status.

• Withdrawals to unverified accounts may be held pending identity verification.
• b3stvisa reserves the right to request supporting documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals cannot be reversed once processed to your mobile wallet.
• If a withdrawal fails due to an issue with your wallet, the funds will be returned to your b3stvisa balance within 24 hours.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

b3stvisa offers a 200% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum bonus of ৳10,000. This bonus is applied automatically — no promo code is required. The welcome bonus is available to new players only and applies to the first deposit made after account registration.

All bonus funds are subject to a 20× wagering requirement. This means that if you receive ৳1,000 in bonus funds, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet bonus funds will expire.

The following conditions apply to all bonuses on b3stvisa:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be moved between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will forfeit the previous bonus.
• b3stvisa reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If b3stvisa determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or abuse of promotional terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

Game outcomes are determined independently of bet size, account history, or any other player-specific factor.

The Return to Player (RTP) figures published on each game page are accurate and independently verified. b3stvisa does not alter RTP settings based on individual player behaviour or account status.

By playing any game on b3stvisa, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or influenced.

b3stvisa monitors platform activity continuously. Accounts flagged for any of the above behaviours will be reviewed and may be suspended without prior notice. b3stvisa cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving fraud or financial crime.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

b3stvisa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request via the self-exclusion or account closure tools.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason — including inactivity or at your own request — your real-money balance will be returned to your registered mobile wallet within 5 business days, provided your identity has been verified.

10. Responsible Gaming
